After School Program Specialist

South Fork Elementary | September 2013-May 2015

 

Communication Specialist | Designed flyers and invitations for program events. Met deadlines with the After School Program Coordinator for class syllabi and supply lists. Wrote correspondence to students and parents. Filed accident reports.

Administrative Specialist | Managed a team of 10 instructors and 70-90 students of varying developmental stages. Ensured classes began on schedule with all instructors and students present. Attended regional training meetings.
